Dot It to Upgrade Locations, Increase Space

Dot It Restaurant Fulfillment is upgrading locations, resulting in more than double our current square footage. This will allow for increased warehouse capacity and improved efficiency.

The following is an excerpt from The Dallas Morning News:

Commercial property firm Transwestern’s John Brewer and Riley Maxwell negotiated the lease transaction with Luke Davis and Matt Dornak with Stream Realty Partners.

“4200 Empire gives Dot It the much-needed infrastructure and space to further grow its efficiency and processes to take their business to the next level,” Brewer said in a statement. “Dot It has weathered the recent uncertainty in the economy extremely well by pivoting to produce a variety of labels for food delivery services across the nation, on top of its normal lines of business.”

The 4200 Empire building includes office space and fully air-conditioned warehouse space. The building is owned by ML Realty Partners.
