How does it work?

Set up regularly scheduled deliveries and earn savings with Subscribe & Save. Unlock extra savings on eligible subscriptions and manage subscriptions directly from your account.

How to add a new product subscription from your dashboard.

Log in to Your Account on dotit.com.

  1. Go to Subscriptions.
  2. Click on the " Add New Subscription"

       3. Enter the product name or click on the “Add” next to the product from the drop-down list menu

       4. Enter your reoccurring order date and payment information and click "Save" 

How to cancel your next delivery.

Log in to Your Account on dotit.com.

  1. Go to Subscriptions.
  2. Click on the “Cancel” link next to the item you want to cancel.
  3. You will receive an email that the cancellation has been confirmed.

How to change your Subscribe & Save delivery day.

  1. Log in to Your Account on dotit.com.
  2. Go to Subscriptions.
  3. Click on the “Edit” link next to the item you want to change the delivery for. This date can be adjusted later in your dashboard under "My Subscriptions".
  4. Modify the frequency under "Edit Order Frequency."  
  5. Select Save

How to change your Subscribe & Save delivery schedule or quantity.

  1. Log in to Your Account on dotit.com.
  2. Go to Subscriptions.
  3. Click on the “Edit” link next to the item you want to change the delivery schedule or quantity for.
  4. Modify next order date under "Choose Next Order Date."
  5. Select Save

How to change your Subscribe & Save ship to address.

  1. Log in to Your Account on dotit.com.
  2. Go to Subscriptions.
  3. Click on the “Edit” link next to the item you want to change the ship to address for.
  4. Modify the Ship To Address under "Choose Ship To Address."
  5. Select Save

Why did the price of my item change?

While you will always receive a Subscribe & Save discount, individual product prices can go up or down over time. If the price of your subscribed product changes, the new price will be displayed in your order review email and will be applied only on future shipments. You can review your subscription price and edit or cancel your subscription at any time.
