Title: Production Warehouse Associate / Raw Material Inventory Control
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Reports to: Production Control Manager
Position Summary:
The Production Warehouse Associate monitors press schedules and stages raw material for all flexo & digital roll to roll presses. They also control the roll stock inventory while making it accessible for the printing presses. This position is instrumental in protecting the roll stock inventory assets as well as dies, inks and cores of Dot It roll to roll manufacturing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Raw material (roll stock, cores, boxes & tooling) - Physically inspect, count, verify receiving paperwork, receive into production software and safely store
- Raw material (ink) - Physically inspect, count, verify receiving paperwork, receive into accounting software and safely store
- Label, protect, relocate and track roll stock raw material
- FIFO control on roll stock raw material so adhesive does not expire
- Stage roll stock by presses and unwrap for quick access by the press operator
- Create and complete slit tickets for raw material
- Relay schedule changes to press operators so job due dates are met
- Suggest replacement raw materials when short or out of stock
- Verify, count and ship all production jobs in manufacturing software - accurately and in a timely manner
- Add or fix raw material costing on jobs when needed
- Match raw material, die, core and box purchase orders with confirmations (and/or invoices) to be available to receive purchase orders into Label Traxx
- Verify cost, edit PO price (with updated part cost) and quantity when necessary and receive all production purchase orders in Epicor accurately and timely
- Maintain inventory while using shelf life or FIFO method
- Physically count all roll stock inventory on the last working day of the month
- Maintain Production Warehouse so it is clean, organized and safe for all employees
- Work with the kitting department to get labels to their area by their need date
- Support packaging and shipping departments when necessary or available
- Be available to work with customers or supplies when necessary
- Assist the Floor Leads on any task
- Assist the Management Staff on special projects
- Any other responsibilities, activities or requests by the Management Staff

This position requires forklift certification is both sit down and stand-up units, as well as familiarity with MOM, Epicor and Label Traxx software systems and familiarity of product.
Must have:
Experience in receiving and inventory control. Basic computer skills and knowledge a plus. Ability to visually inspect incoming product for damage.
