Position Summary:
The ERP Specialist ensures the successful integration of our ERP software, Epicor, within our IT systems infrastructure. This role will collaborate with the IT Manager and Sr. ERP Specialist to determine which business processes need optimization, enhance the performance of our IT systems, deploy and implement suitable ERP solutions in line with business operations. To ensure success as an ERP specialist, the ideal candidate should exhibit extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure and the ability to resolve integration issues. An outstanding ERP specialist will be someone whose expertise translates into streamlined business processes and highly efficient systems management. The ideal candidate should have previous experience with Epicor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but is not limited to:
- Day-to-day Epicor support for internal team members.
- Support the business activities of the IT Manager and Sr. ERP Specialist.
- Establishing ERP needs via business process analysis and consultation.
- Analyzing existing infrastructure and performing IT system enhancements.
- Writing customized programs and scripts, as well as configuring ERP applications.
- Developing user-friendly functionalities and interfaces.
- Documenting ERP processes and procedures.
- Installing ERP software and ensuring seamless integration with IT systems.
- Provide support for systems reporting utilizing MITS software.
- Analyze ERP data to recommend and inform business decisions.
- Performing diagnostic tests and resolving issues to optimize performance.
- Providing technical support and training ERP end-users.
- Preparing development progress update.
- Adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
- Keeping abreast of the latest ERP upgrades and offerings.
- Additional tasks as required.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or similar preferred.
- At least 3 years’ experience as an ERP specialist.
- Must have 3+ years Epicor experience.
- Attention to detail and accuracy skills.
- Great organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
