Contains two rolls of DIPUS01 and one DAY1102. DIPUS01 labels provide space for important prepping information: item name, prep date, use-by date, shelf life (in hours and days) and employee name written in English and Spanish. There are seven boxes, each representing a day of the week lining the bottom of the label. Dissolve It™ labels dissolve completely in 30 seconds using any water temperature. This eliminates the sticky residue that other adhesives leave behind, which can harbor bacteria and contaminate clean pans. DAY1102 DotSpenser holds and stores labels up to 2" in width, and is perfect for the DIPUS01 universal labels included in this kit.
