Get rewarded for spreading the word about Dot It! Refer a restaurant and, once they’ve become a Qualified Referral, you could receive a bonus. Please review the legal terms below before submitting a referral.

Effective July 1, 2020.

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to Dot It's Referral Program (the “Program”). By submitting a referral for a restaurant or otherwise participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Dot It's Privacy Policy.

Program Eligibility

Who is Eligible to Participate?

Dot It employees, clients, consultants, investors, and friends who refer a business to Dot It through the online referral form may be eligible to receive a $500 referral bonus.

Who is Not Eligible to Participate?

Dot It and National Checking Company employees within the Sales organization or authorized Dot It Resellers.

Business owners, operators, or business decision makers are not permitted to refer their own business.

Referral Requirements

Subject to these Terms, for each “Qualified Referral” that meets the following criteria, you will receive the applicable Bonus Payout listed below. A “Qualified Referral” is a business that:

• is referred to Dot It through the online referral form, verbal referrals are unable to be verified and will not be accepted;
• is not an existing lead in the Dot It system (Dot It reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine the original lead source. Exceptions may be made, in Dot It's sole discretion, if the referral has not been contacted by Dot It for at least 6 months); and
• Has set up an ERP account with Dot It, and has been live, processing transactions totaling at least $1,000 on the Dot It platform within (12) months of the referral date.

Bonus Payouts

A referral bonus of $500 for non-customers and existing customers will be issued for each Qualified Referral.

The referring party must complete an electronic W9 form and a new supplier form before a Bonus Payout can be issued.

Bonus Payouts will be issued to the individual referrer in the form of a paper check sent to the address provided on the W9 form.

Limit to one referral Bonus Payout per brand or concept group.

There is no limit to the number of referrals an individual can submit, or eligible Bonus Payouts for Qualified Referrals an individual can receive, while the Program is effective.

Dot It will determine, in its sole discretion, whether a referral is a Qualified Referral eligible for a Bonus Payout.

Modifications

Dot It reserves the right to modify these Terms or terminate the Program at any time, in its sole discretion, without notice, however we will employ commercially reasonable efforts to post a notice on the referral website.
