Title:                           DIG Account Manager

Location:                    Ft. Worth, TX

Reports to:                 DIG Production Manager

Position Summary:

The DIG Account Manager attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions while suggesting information about alternative and additional products and services. This role processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. The DIG Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the DIG accounts, customers, and products in collaboration with the Customer Service and Account Management team.  The role is responsible for ensuring customer orders are processed into production jobs in a timely manner and providing the appropriate production information and prioritization to the production team for efficient production and order fulfillment.  Strong knowledge of the print industry is essential to execute this role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to the client’s questions and concerns.
  • Research client inquiries and complete follow-up outbound communications to keep clients informed.
  • Establish a good rapport with existing and potential customers.
  • Manage and maintain DIG-only accounts and collaborate with CS/AM team for general accounts.
  • Ensure On-Time Delivery to all customers.
  • Maintain client files and communicated any client changes to the rest of the team.
  • Participate in and support estimating and quoting projects.
  • Enter sales orders/purchase orders and perform all steps necessary to the end of the billing process including supporting resolution of past-due accounts.
  • Obtain and provide all relevant information for each order such as packing, shipping methods, due dates etc.
  • Enter production jobs (new and repeat) into manufacturing software.
  • Request, monitor, and manage pricing requests, artwork requests, and approvals.
  • Upselling products and services.
  • Interface with all stakeholders including purchasing, production, logistics/shipping, accounting, sales, and marketing to facilitate sales/new business, orders, production, and on-time delivery.
  • Other duties as assigned.

This position requires a high school diploma and 5 years of experience in relevant print, manufacturing, customer service, account management, or a related field.  Previous print experience a strong PLUS.

  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Ability to travel to clients for rapport and delivery using company or personal vehicle.
