Executive Assistant

Position Summary:

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for assisting the leadership team of Dot It.  This position will collaborate with senior management within the Marketing, Sales, Accounting, Human Resources, IT, Account Management, Purchasing, Operations, and Production teams. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and sign in visitors
  • Manage customer pickups
  • Manage facilities requests
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Track office supplies, notify purchasing department when items need ordering
  • Office event planning and execution
  • Coordinate and manage meeting calendars
  • Compose Employee Update Meeting power point slides
  • Compose meeting notes
  • Compose and distribute newsletter content
  • Complete registrations for tradeshows, associations, or business awards
  • Prepare documentation for business proposal requests
  • Make service calls for equipment, vending, or copiers
  • Assist with phone set up or password request
  • Respond to email sales inquiries
  • Make travel arrangements for the Executive and Sales teams
  • Assist HR Director with onboarding or training schedules
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned by manager

Flexographic Press Operator

We are looking for an experienced Flexographic Press Operator to join our team! We are looking for 1st shift, 2nd shift and weekend shift opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the set up and operation of multi-color printing flexo printing press in accordance with the printing specifications, customer requirements and expectations.
  • Experience mixing inks, press setup (plate mounting, material loading, etc).
  • Make minor press repairs & log major press repair requirements.
  • Must be able to produce high quality product with minimum waste.
  • Ability to distinguish colors precisely.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience operating Mark Andy and or Roto Press flexographic printing presses is desired.
  • Must have demonstrated mechanical aptitude through prior work experience.
  • Ability to make accurate mathematical calculations, read a ruler and understand technical directions.
  • Extremely detail oriented and organized.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Purchasing Agent

Position Summary:

The Purchasing Agent position is responsible for the purchase of all materials and supplies to fulfill market demand as cost effectively as possible while maintaining inventory levels within Dot-It’s goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain inventory levels on an assigned group of items
  • GL code receipts from the receiving department
  • Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems
  • Conduct vendor negotiations will all suppliers to ensure the best price and delivery terms in all purchasing excluding raw materials
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and costs for monthly account reconciliation and inventory costs/reports
  • Work with the Director of Operations and Warehouse Manager daily to make sure each department is functioning at optimal level regarding supplies.
  • Track all savings or cost reductions as well as price increases. Report weekly in purchasing meeting.
  • Provide vendors and accounting with proper information regarding all “non-conformance” issues. Monthly negotiation of all debits/credits for products not meeting quality standards and settle within 30-day period.
  • Inform sales and production daily of availability and lead times of all products to ensure the customers’ needs will be met without compromising manufacturing efficiency.
  • Attend daily production meeting to discuss backordered items and container delivers.
  • Purchase containers of product from overseas manufacturing plants; Cube out 20’, 40’ and 40’ HQ containers
  • Manage long lead times so an ability to plan far into the future
  • Buy 20-30 containers per year with lead times up to 4 months
  • Manage Sales Forecasts
  • Miscellaneous: Any other activity requested by management

Warehouse Distribution Manager

We are seeking a Warehouse Distribution Manager to become a part of our team! You will manage a logistics team and direct daily operations. Direct reports include: pickers, packers, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and inventory control.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations
  • Lead annual GMP audit
  • Inventory management: including cycle counts, annual physical and inventory audits
  • Analyze and propose methods of sustained productivity increases
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and organized warehouse
  • Ensure safe working conditions including properly training employees on proper safety methods
  • Effective counsel and manage employees on attendance, performance and/or misconduct
  • Manage Epicor for the purpose of pick accuracy and performance of employees
  • Coordinate distribution process with various departments during daily meetings

  • Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or other related field
  • 5 years related experience as a manager or supervisor; training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor's Degree perferred, but not required

  • Proved experience in managing workflow, analyzing and developing process that effects overall disribution/inventory within a facility

Marketing Associate

Dot It is seeking a Marketing Associate to help plan and implement our marketing and advertising initiatives. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for developing new engaging campaigns and strategies to drive traffic and increase revenue to specific divisions of our company.

The ideal candidate should understand the full marketing mix and be familiar with ways to analyze market research and customers’ behavior. The Marketing Associate will also be involved in creating email campaigns, compelling content, and various graphic design tasks. The candidate should have a background in marketing and experience with graphic design tools and applications, such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

Ultimately, the Marketing Associate should help us achieve our business goals through building strong marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies including but not limited to email marketing, advertising, SEO, social media marketing, tradeshows/event marketing
  • Oversee and fulfill the marketing strategy for new products
  • Assist in configuring and optimizing products on our eCommerce platform, including product photography
  • Assist in improving the shopping experience and overall website usability to increase web sales
  • Assist the Graphics team with small web and print design projects
  • Create compelling content for email campaigns, web content, blogs, etc.
  • Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or similar role
  • Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques (Google Analytics, Google AdWords, MailChimp)
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools and techniques (Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar)
  • Experience with Magento eCommerce platform preferred
  • Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, web analytics and Google AdWords
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Account Manager

Position Summary

The Account Manager is responsible for selling corporate products or services through the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas to current named accounts. Additionally, the Account Manager is responsible for day to day maintenance of their named accounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the outside sales team.
  • Establish a good rapport with existing and potential customers.
  • Manage and maintain current named accounts.
  • Participate in estimating print projects.
  • Assist with customer onboarding
  • Answering phone lines as a customer service rep
  • Build a high level of working knowledge of the company's ERP system, Wrike, and Smartsheet.
  • Obtain a working knowledge of the company's core products and services.
  • Monitor pricing contracts.
  • Attends daily, weekly and monthly meetings.
  • Manages store level complaints and concerns and returns.
  • New account setups.
  • Manages all custom label requests.
  • Coordinates with purchasing, production and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Implements pricing established by sales team.
  • Manages changes to inventory and obsolete inventory.
  • Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.
  • Coordinate customer training as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Account management and customer service experience preferred.
  • Print experience preferred.
  • Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
  • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers.
  • Strong knowledge of the restaurant industry is preferred.

Order Picker/Packer

The Order Picker is responsible for working in a warehouse environment by receiving orders, picking, packing, and shipping them according to customer specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Take and understand orders from the shipping desk for pulling merchandise from storage and pallets
  • Ensure that a quality check is performed on all order papers
  • Address any misprints or false quantities
  • Check merchandise in storage area by verifying lot and item numbers
  • Pull order according to the order form and recheck them to ensure accuracy and make sure product is damage free
  • Notify manager if there are damaged items and make note of the type and extent
  • Transport pulled items from the storage area to the shipment area by using forklifts or other moving equipment
  • Wrap or box items according to instructions provided
  • Update delivery data into Epicor
  • Place destination information on packed items such as labels and packing lists
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness
  • Miscellaneous: Any other activity requested by management
