Allergen Awareness Training & Certification

This six-chapter course introduces the 8 allergens pertinent to food service and covers proper recipe creation, food prep, food service, storage and cleaning.

Food Protection Manager Training & Certification

It is legally mandatory across the US that at least one staff member must be Food Manager trained and on duty at any time in your business. This ten-chapter training gives Managers the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to oversee the safe storage, preparation, and service of food in the workplace. After completing the course, the trainee must attend a two-hour proctored exam before receiving certification.
