eCommerce Web Developer

Dot It Restaurant Fulfillment is looking for a talented Magento developer to help Dot It build, maintain, and extend its eCommerce platform. 

Hard Requirements:

1) Strong command of PHP, including object oriented PHP

2) Strong command of Magento eCommerce platform

3) High level of comfort with HTML/CSS/Javascript (especially jQuery)

4) Basic familiarity with Unix environment

Soft Requirements:

1) Good knowledge of best practices for HTML email templates

2) Knowledge of Unix BASH shell

3) Comfortable with Adobe Photoshop

Account Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the outside sales team.
  • Achieve monthly sales quotas on current accounts as well as target future customers.
  • Establish a good rapport with existing and potential customers.
  • Manage and maintain current named accounts.
  • Participate in estimating print projects.
  • Assist with customer onboarding
  • Working as a back up to our customer service team.
  • Maintain call activity and accounts in salesforce.com.
  • Build a high level of working knowledge of Dot-It’s ERP system.
  • Obtain a working knowledge of Dot It's core products and services.
  • Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.
  • Coordinate customer training as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Account management and customer service experience preferred.
  • Print experience preferred.
  • Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
  • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers.
  • Strong knowledge of the restaurant industry is preferred.
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.

Sr. Customer Service Representative

Dot It Restaurant Fulfillment LLC is seeking a skilled, professional Customer Service Representative that can handle high-level conversations with key individuals at our corporate accounts. Strong communication skills, past Print experience, and past lead role experience desired. Main duties will include entering sales orders and providing excellent service to our customers by responding to their order concerns and researching customer inquiries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls during business hours and respond to the client’s questions and concerns.
  • Research client inquiries and complete follow-up outbound calls or e-mails as needed to keep clients informed.
  • Ensure On-Time Delivery to all customers.
  • Maintain client files and communicate any client changes to the rest of the team.
  • Enter sales orders/purchase orders and perform all steps necessary to the end of the billing process; and obtain credit information, email confirmation to the client, and identify past-due accounts.
  • Request and monitor pricing requests, artwork requests and approvals.
  • Upselling products and services.
  • Clerical duties such as filing, mailing and organizing.
  • Interface with accounting, shipping, sales, marketing, and purchasing in order to facilitate orders and promote sales.
  • Create and maintain positive relationships with key individuals (clients, as well as internal customers).
  • Other duties as assigned.

Order Picker/Packer

The Order Picker is responsible for working in a warehouse environment by receiving orders, picking, packing, and shipping them according to customer specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Take and understand orders from the shipping desk for pulling merchandise from storage and pallets
  • Ensure that a quality check is performed on all order papers
  • Address any misprints or false quantities
  • Check merchandise in storage area by verifying lot and item numbers
  • Pull order according to the order form and recheck them to ensure accuracy and make sure product is damage free
  • Notify manager if there are damaged items and make note of the type and extent
  • Transport pulled items from the storage area to the shipment area by using forklifts or other moving equipment
  • Wrap or box items according to instructions provided
  • Update delivery data into Epicor
  • Place destination information on packed items such as labels and packing lists
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness
  • Miscellaneous: Any other activity requested by management
